Refund Policy

All services and session packages offered by Barry Bruder Neurofeedback are non-refundable.

Neurofeedback training and wellness coaching require reserved time, individualized preparation, and practitioner availability. For this reason, once services are purchased ‘and scheduled’, no refunds are issued for completed, unused, or partially used sessions, including prepaid packages.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and complying with cancellation policies. Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited as outlined in the informed consent agreement.

By purchasing services or participating in sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
