Terms
All services provided by Barry Bruder Neurofeedback are non-refundable. Payments represent compensation for reserved professional time, individualized services, administrative costs, and practitioner availability.
No refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued for:
Unused sessions
Partially completed packages
Missed or late-canceled appointments
Dissatisfaction with perceived results
Early termination of services
Clients acknowledge that wellness-based neurofeedback services do not guarantee outcomes and that subjective results vary. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after service purchase are considered a violation of the agreed terms and may be contested with documentation of consent and service availability.
This policy is enforced to the fullest extent permitted under California law.
Session & Package Policy
• All session packages are pre-structured and reserved in advance to support consistency and effectiveness.
• Packages are not customizable or reducible once started.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated time and preparation.
• Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited (per 24-hour cancellation policy).
• Adjustments to pricing or structure are not available once a package has been agreed upon.
