Coaching is never required. Some clients choose neurofeedback alone. Others appreciate having a place to talk through stress, emotions, or life changes as their nervous system settles. Sessions stay grounded, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you.

A Trauma-Informed Background

Barry began this work in 1989 and trained in the early 1990s with Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, whose emotional-healing methods shaped his approach. He later led trauma and loss workshops across four states, helping individuals rebuild clarity, resilience, and direction. This experience informs the supportive coaching he offers today.
